Legendary Bridles are a new part of the Legendary Item system added with Riders of Rohan. They function in almost identical ways to the Legendary Item system in general except for a few things. Bridles have their own special relics Bridles are equipped on War-steeds, not your character panel Bridles only affect your character while you are on your War-steed The basic minor legacies for Bridles will work on any War-steed/Bridle combination. However if the skill says it is for a Heavy, Medium, or Light Steed, then that legacy will only be effective on that kind of War-steed. Acquiring Legendary Bridles Legendary Bridles are acquired for the most part the same way you acquire Legendary Items in general. There are no barter vendors in the game as of this writing, so you are basically left to the loot and crafted options.
Crafted Legendary Bridles Tailors proficient in the Tailor Guild can craft level 85 Legendary Bridles in 3rd or 2nd Age and of all types (Light, Medium, or Heavy). 3rd Age Requires: 4 Finished Riddermark Leather, 1 Tarnished Crest of Rohan, 3 Legendary Fragments 2nd Age Requires: 4 Finished Riddermark Leather, 1 Tarnished Crest of Rohan, 5 Legendary Fragments, 1 Tarnished Symbol of Celebrimbor
